Price List for Catering (per serving)
Meat Choices
Meat Choices – $6.00
(Second Meat Choice is an additional $2)
- Boneless BBQ Pork Ribs (country-style ribs)
- Boneless BBQ Chicken Breast
- Italian Chicken (Boneless, skinless thighs, seasoned with Italian dressing)
- Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken – choice of BBQ, or with BBQ sauce on the side, usually served on a bun
- Turkey (Moist and delicious when cooked in the dutch oven) If served with stuffing add $.50 per serving.
- Pork Roast
- Ham
Boneless Roast Beef (sliced) – $7.00
Choice of BBQ or in Au Jus (beef broth)
Chicken Cordon Bleu – $8.00
Handmade, served with our homemade cheese sauce.
Prime Rib (meat only) – $20.00
Grilled Steak – Price Varies
Price is depending on the type of steak desired and the current market price.

Mashed Potatoes (served with gravy)
(Usually only one kind of potatoes is served at a dinner, your choice of which one you want)

Baked Beans – $3.00
With ground beef & bacon.
Green Salad – $1.50
Blend of iceburg lettuce, spring mix and/or spinach, with grape tomatoes and cucumbers.
Other Vegetables Choices – $1.50
Choices include green beans, corn, California blend etc.
Corn on the cob – $1.50
Available when in season (Aug – Sept)
Broccoli Salad – $2.00
Coleslaw – $1.00
Roll – $0.50
Desserts
Cobbler (with ice cream) – $3.00
Peach, Cherry, Apple-Cinnamon, Blueberry, Raspberry or Pumpkin. Served with ice cream.
(We usually provide a variety of cobbler, whichever ones you want; each serves approx. 12 people)
Hot Fudge Cake (with ice cream) – $3.00
Drinks
Homemade Root Beer, Lemonade, Orange Punch, or Soda Pop & Bottled Water – $1.50
If we provide the paper goods (Chinet paper plates, cups, napkins, & sturdy plastic utensils) – $0.50
Appetizer Trays:
Vegetable Tray (with dip) – $45
Baby carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, cauliflower, etc. – other choices available upon request.
Cheese Ball & Cracker Tray – $35
With bacon & ranch cheese ball and assorted crackers, such as Ritz, Triscuit, Chicken in a Biscuit, Wheat Thins, etc.
Cheese Tray – $45
Sliced cheese assortment, such as cheddar, colby-jack, swiss, etc.
Fruit Tray – $55
Assorted fruit, such as strawberries, grapes, pineapple, oranges, etc. We can also do a fruit tray with assorted melons.
Shrimp Tray – $50
The dinner price is determined by which menu items you order. These prices are for adult serving sizes; children under age 12 are half price. We will charge for the number of people you tell us to prepare for, but that number can be adjusted up until a week before the dinner. We will need to charge sales tax unless you are tax exempt. A deposit of 50% of the cost of the catering will be required by one week before the event, unless prior arrangements have been made, with the balance due upon delivery of the dinner. We can accept credit or debit cards, but please let us know before. Dinners are usually served buffet-style. If serving time is more than one hour, there will be an extra charge. Maximum serving time is two hours. Minimum number to cater for is 20.
